``nrtk-jatic`` functionality now exists in ``nrtk.interop.maite``, ``nrtk-jatic`` will be deprecated. Majority of
dependencies are now optional; it may be necessary to install an extra for certain perturber functionality. Added a new
Haze Perturber. Example notebooks moved to ``docs/examples``.
