nrtk-jatic functionality now exists in nrtk.interop.maite, nrtk-jatic will be deprecated. Majority of dependencies are now optional; it may be necessary to install an extra for certain perturber functionality. Added a new Haze Perturber. Example notebooks moved to docs/examples.
